    2. What data we collect

We only process the data you provide to us voluntarily through the forms on this site. We do not collect personal data automatically for advertising or profiling purposes.

Contact form: name, email address, telephone number, company (optional) and the content of the message.

Job application form: name, email address, telephone number, position of interest, years of experience, an optional message and the CV file you attach, together with the information it contains.

When either form is submitted, Google reCAPTCHA anti-fraud verification is also processed; it analyses technical browsing data (IP address and activity on the page) in order to tell people apart from automated access.

    3. What we use the data for and on what legal basis

To deal with your business enquiry. Legal basis: the legitimate interest in replying to whoever contacts us and, where applicable, the performance of a contract or the steps taken prior to entering into it (art. 6.1.b and 6.1.f of the GDPR).

To manage your application in recruitment processes. Legal basis: your consent when you send us your CV on your own initiative, and the legitimate interest in assessing profiles to fill positions (art. 6.1.a and 6.1.f of the GDPR).

To keep the site secure and prevent automated form submissions. Legal basis: legitimate interest (art. 6.1.f of the GDPR).

We do not take automated decisions producing legal effects concerning you, nor do we use your data to send you commercial communications you have not requested.

    4. How long we keep it

Contact enquiries are kept for as long as necessary to deal with them and, afterwards, for the limitation period of any liabilities arising from the relationship.

Applications are kept for a maximum of one year from receipt, so that we can consider you for future openings. After that period they are deleted, unless you ask us to erase them sooner.

    5. Who else has access to the data

We do not sell or disclose personal data to third parties. The only others with access are the providers of our technology services, acting as processors and with the safeguards required by the GDPR:

    • Hostinger International Ltd. — website hosting.
    • Supabase Inc. — processing of the form submissions.
    • Resend (Plus Five Five, Inc.) — delivery of the email containing your enquiry or application.
    • Zoho Corporation — corporate email service where we receive and store the messages.
    • Google Ireland Ltd. — reCAPTCHA anti-fraud verification service.

Some of these providers are located outside the European Economic Area. In those cases the international transfers rely on the standard contractual clauses approved by the European Commission or on another valid mechanism provided for in Chapter V of the GDPR.

    6. Your rights

As a data subject you may exercise at any time your right of access and your rights to rectification, erasure, restriction of processing and data portability, as well as your right to object, and withdraw any consent you have given, without this affecting the lawfulness of the processing carried out beforehand.

To do so, write to us at operaciones@enausa-global.com stating the right you wish to exercise. We may ask you to prove your identity.

If you believe we have not dealt with your request properly, you may lodge a complaint with the Spanish supervisory authority, the Agencia Española de Protección de Datos (C/ Jorge Juan 6, 28001 Madrid — www.aepd.es).

    7. Cookies

This site does not use advertising, analytics or third-party tracking cookies. The language you choose is saved in your browser's local storage to remember your preference, and the reCAPTCHA service may set Google's own technical cookies that are necessary for it to work.

    8. Security

We apply appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect the data against unauthorised access, loss or alteration. The site is served entirely encrypted over HTTPS and the form data is transmitted encrypted in transit.

    9. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy when the processing we carry out or the applicable legislation changes. The date of the last update appears at the top of this page.
